Orders received by 11:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time typically will ship the next day. We can not guarantee Standard Ground Delivery will be received prior to Christmas. Two Business Days and Next Business Day Deliveries cannot be guaranteed during the week of Christmas. If you are interested in Saturday delivery please contact customer service. Standard Ground Delivery- This will typically be delivered in 3 to 10 business days from the requested shipment date. WARRANTY INFORMATION Defective Parts We try our best to minimize any defective parts that are shipped with our products. Within 30 days from the time you purchase any of our products, we will replace - free of charge - any part which is defective. Your replacements will be shipped to your home by UPS Ground, also at no charge. Damages from improper anchoring, strong winds, snow or ice are not considered defects. Next-Day replacements will require shipping charges. AaH! Canopies!! does not guarantee these canopies in snow or ice under any circumstances. These canopies are designed to protect against damages caused by the sun, rain, tree sap, birds, etc. They are not designed to hold the roof loads that accompany snow or ice. If your canopy is not anchored securely, it will fly away. Canopies make excellent kites. If your canopy takes flight we will not send free replacements. Anchoring is your responsibility. We offer several types of anchoring kits from temporary to semi-permanent. If you know that a strong weather front is coming - remove the cover.
